How do I become compliant with the DCR Declaration of Contractual Relationship?
GRMS has implemented on-line acceptance of the Declaration of Contractual Relationship (DCR) and no longer accepts the signed document.
Please log into your Veritas Supplier Portal refer to the sub-window in the lower right labeled “Accept Terms Requirement”. To view these terms, select the icon to the left that looks like a sheet of paper. To accept these terms, click the pen-and-paper icon.
If you have previously declined to accept the Declaration of Contractual Relationship (DCR) and would like to change your answer, you may do so by logging into your Veritas Supplier Portal.
Why do I keep getting a failure notification with my credit card?

I have a new agent, how do I update that information?
You can view and edit your insurance info by accessing your account at https://veritas.globalrms.com/supplier/login.aspx
STARTING FROM YOUR DASHBOARD
Click on the “All” button under “Active Risk Assessments” box.
Click on the name of your client. (WILL BE IN BLUE) on the left side
You will be taken to assessment details, below your company name and tax id you will see “Additional Supplier information” in blue font.
Click on the blue font and it will expand, on the left it will say “Update Insurance Contact” in blue font You can click on it and edit the info necessary and then hit ‘save’
How do I upload the documents being asked?
You can upload documents and access your account at https://veritas.globalrms.com/supplier/login.aspx
Individual documents can be uploaded in the "Upload Required Documents" section of the account dashboard. To upload any additional documents to a Risk Component not listed in the "Upload Required Documents" section, please follow the following steps
STARTING FROM YOUR DASHBOARD
1. Click on the "All" button under "Active Risk Assessments" box.
2. Click on the name of your client. (WILL BE IN BLUE)
3. Scroll Down and click on the appropriate component name to expand.
4. Click on the Upload button located on the bottom right side of the component box.
5. Give the document a description name.
6. Choose the file you wish to upload.
7. Submit the file.
Follow steps 1 – 7 if you need to upload additional documents.
I already uploaded the documents but it still says ‘Fail – No Document’, why?
Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for the research team to review the documents and for the rating to reflect on your enrollment.
Where do I upload my coi to be compliant in DIV? There is no place to upload.
GRMS has digitized and automated the insurance verification process.
Please note that effective October 1, 2020, GRMS will no longer accept Certificates of Insurance (COI) from our suppliers as evidence of insurance in U.S. and Canada.

Where do I find the HSE questionnaire?
STARTING FROM YOUR DASHBOARD
Click on the “All” button under “Active Risk Assessments” box.
There will be an HSE icon to the right, click on it and it will take you to the hyperlink you can use to complete the questionnaire
I am not getting the 2 factor authorization sent to my email address

Why do I keep getting Alert needs client review? What do I need to do?
Please note that the risk rating of "Alert-Needs Client Review" is not a non-compliant or failing grade but rather a flag to prompt your client to review the individual risk component. There is not any additional action required on your part at this time.
